1 fear down 3 to go before Easter! I ran 20 miles this week, which is 8 miles more in one week than I ever ran before. Definitely sounds like a runner to me :) It was not overly tiring, or stressful, I am just fine. I was planning on running 4 miles/5 days a week, but that schedule would leave me only 2 days without planned running. I like to run, but it takes up time, of course. Instead I ran the 20 miles over 4 days in a week, and that really is the best. After Easter I may decide to keep at 20 miles or decrease or increase, but more than 4 days/week would cut too much into my knitting/reading time.
I tried the tracking to the words as I listed in an earlier post. I didn't get the runner's high, but for the first 2 miles I ran at a faster base pace than if I didn't track. I run on a treadmill so I am able to monitor my results. Dirty Frank is an interesting song to track to ;)
