Running Musings - 012908

Inside, and on a treadmill . . . base speed and base mileage. It was great! I ate brownies all day, which is probably why it was so great.
I decided that waking up early to run is for the birds, and I'm definitely not a bird. I'll make sure to run at night, and be dedicated to that. However, once the Cherry Blossom Race comes around, I'll just have to suffer that morning.
