The run started ok, and the songs were good, but after about 2 miles I was surviving on the survival shuffle. I thought I would make a good lava lamp. Mysterious, always moving, but at a snail's pace. I almost stoped a couple times, but I hate to stop, since I never resume running afterwards. I ran 3 miles.
The highlight was afterward. So, the run is over (Yippee!), and when I'm in my twin's house this little doggie in the picture, Ceasar, wants me to throw the ball. So, all of a sudden I'm not so slow snails yawn, but I'm the SuperBall Thrower! Great way to relax the arm muscles used while running. Also, I told my twin that I wasn't motivated to run this morning, but I was planning on running this afternoon. If she talked with her husband, could he come home early-ish, about the same time last Friday, so that I can run before he has to leave again? He did, and he laughs at me, and said, "You have no excuse!" He made sure to get home so that I could run before he had to leave again :) Man, I was taking such a good nap, too.
