Running Musings - 030907

I wasn't feeling well last night. It seems that the day after I run I don't feel well. It's not rocket science to figure it out; I run so late in the night that I don't get a full sleep. Time for a lifestyle change if I'm going to make this work. I'm actually at the point of frustration. I know I could complete my first Lent goal 20miles/week if only I planned it correctly. I may decrease it to 15 to focus on my speed. However, I must run Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to make this work. Often I hang out with my twin on Sundays, and that will just start the week off wrong as far as running, but in the long run it's better to have some time surrounded by unconditional love. I'm willing to make those weeks sacrifice flys, and just try my best. If, though I have time to run on Sundays, especially since I just decreased my goal mileage per week, then I must in order for this to work. Also, on the days I telecommute it is in my best interest to run during the day instead of waiting until my bedtime. *knocks head on wall* Again, it's not rocket science I just have to do it. More bananas.
