Running Musings - 070407

I didn't run, but I did work on the stationary bicycle. Pat Benatar's Heartbreaker was a high point. I baked cookies all day today, so I didn't know if i would be too tired to run. What I couldn't deny was that considering I baked all day today, I was definitely warmed up. It was a hot day, and my air conditioning doesn't work. That's why I worked out, but didn't run.
