I definitely think of running, and I even read about it. The more I read about it, the more I think I'm doing it wrong. Which doesn't make sense. I mean I probably hurt my knees as much as the next person. However, if I pronate my right knee, if I run that way shouldn't it feel natural? I can see how making it turn straight in the long run is best, though. I get the ChiRunning idea as I can see running as a physics equation, but the more I read the book the more down I feel about my form.
I just don't run. I don't have the excuse that's it's too hot, because I seem to run the most during the summer in years past. There's a little work out area near my apartment building with a treadmill. So, the only reason is I just don't want to, but I want to, I just don't. I will, just not today. :)
