I ran my base mileage today, and it felt SOOOO GOOD! It's been a month since I last ran, and I hope I didn't feel good because of the huge gap in time. I think it's more because I ate a banana beforehand, or because I tried to think of the ChiRunning theory, and tried to bend my legs and arms. It felt really good! I don't know if I did improve my form, but it certainly felt like I did. Also, during the increase in incline I had to back it down a bit. I haven't done that for a long time, but it was breaking my stride :).
Man, In My Tree felt incredible. What a great running song! Yippee!
