Faster than base speed, base mileage. It felt really good. I did a slightly faster run than yesterday, as my focus was still the inclines. Tomorrow I'll decrease the speed and decrease the inclines. A lot of good songs/highlights including Pat Benatar's Love is a Battlefield, Incubus' Megolomaniac, Frou Frou's Let Go and PJ's Given to Fly, Why Go, WMA, and Alone (ended with :)) The first two songs were Given to Fly and Love is a Battlefield. I wanted to play them twice, but somehow my iPod wouldn't go back to those songs.
When I finish this monthly 5k challenge I'm going to send Brian Roberts a fan letter :).
