I decreased the inclines, and decreased the speed. It was pretty cool. I didn't feel weak at all. At times I wanted to increase my speed or rather slow down, but I just plugged along. I was thinking of all the dreams I could accomplish. All the running goals that weren't even possible to think about years ago. I was running at a speed that just 4 years ago would have bowled me over. It's truly amazing! I've always had the ability, the only hurdles, which are pure in energy, and solid in intensity are based on fear.
Highlights included Kate Bush's Jig of Life, Rusted Root's Ecstacy, and PJ's In My Tree and Given to Fly. Given to Fly was the last song so I ran faster then :) I was wondering why I hadn't had so many runner's highs recently. Maybe it's because I'm focused and not in daydreaming mode. I don't know. I love the rush, so hopefully I'll get some soon.
