I ran the fastest 5k I've ever run! That was the highlight :) I know my stride is short, and that I can run faster. I'm looking forward to just flying over time. I haven't had a runner's high recently, and that's a little odd. It's like why run if I don't get a runner's high every so often. Hmm, I'll have to figure it out.
The Orioles won, thankgawd! I thought that they were on a losing streak ever since I started to watch them. I'm a fan of Brian Roberts as he had open-heart surgery, also, and look where he is?! I wouldn't attempt this daily 5k if it wasn't for knowing about him. I can do it no problem, but I never had the inspiration to recognize that I can do it :) I probably write about him like a googly fan. I'm just impressed, and inspired.
