Running Musings 090907

I'm not going to run today. I'm taking the day off. I won't accomplish the goal of running everyday in September, but that's ok. I ran my fastest 5k yesterday :) Also, I ran more this past week than I ever have any week in my entire life. So, I'm doing ok, and ready to start the new running week tomorrow.
