Happy Christmas! Today was the first time I ran outside since the Spring, and it's obvious :) I was scared to go to slow because I don't want to get sweeped at the Cherry Blossom Run. However, I didn't want to go to fast because I don't want to go back to ICU. Actually, the chance of either happening is pretty slim. However, these are constant fears I need to address, particularly it's time for me to push myself to run faster. I know I can do it. Do I want to do it? I feel better as I'm doing it, but again, it's work :) Eeek, turning a hobby/desire into work, yuck!
