I bought a digital camera last month with my Christmas bonus, so I'll show images related to my running. This is me before I headed out the door to the little workout room on my apartment complex. Unfortunately, I think the treadmill is on the fritz. The tension for certain mile/hour is very low, and it needs to be recalibrated. It was not a good run, in fact I walked a lot which is not what I routinely do. If the treadmill isn't fixed then I'll just forget the Cherry Blossom Run. That's ok. It will come around again, when I can train the way I want to. I'll still run some outdoors, but I'll probably focus on the stationary bike and rowing machines for the majority of my workouts. I was frustrated with my apartment situation as some things just aren't up to par. There was only one thing to do - BAKE BROWNIES! hmmmm. I'll take a picture and post it on the Cookie Empress blog.
