Base mileage and base speed. It was a good run because I try not to worry about speed so much, at least the speed that will get me swept at the Cherry Blossom Run. I try to just enjoy the run. Today was enjoyable! Probably because I had chocolate chip cookies I baked this morning for breakfast, and throughout the rest of the morning. :)Highlights included:

Paul Simon's Late in the Evening.
