It was a beautiful moon this morning. I woke up at about 5am, but I didn't run until about 7am. It was slower than yesterday, but still base mileage and speed (according to the treadmill.) Of course, since it was early I thought it was a great effort! Waking up early is for the birds! Yike! I'll guess I'll have to continue to wake up early as it's the only way for me to prepare for the early run. It was a nice moon. I wanted to take a picture, but I didn't prepare myself in time.
